Course Overview:
The main purpose of such a diploma is to enable individuals, often self-employed artisans or small business owners, to effectively run their own soft toy business and achieve commercial success.
Course Responsibilities:-
- Market Analysis and Research: Analyzing the current market for soft toys, identifying key trends, consumer behavior, and potential growth areas. This includes researching new trends in the toy industry and staying up to date on market conditions.
- Target Audience Identification: Defining the specific audience most likely to purchase the plush creations (e.g., age groups, specific interests like book series fans, or pet owners).
- Strategy Development: Creating a proper marketing strategy to sell the product, which includes building a strong brand identity, using digital marketing (social media, e-commerce), and partnering with retailers.
- Product Collaboration: Working closely with designers and manufacturers to ensure new products meet market needs and consumer preferences. This also involves providing input on design to ensure market viability.
- Branding and Packaging: Assisting with making the product appealing to potential buyers through its packaging, which can involve selecting colors, typefaces, and illustrations.
