Course Overview:

            It covers topics like active listening, non-verbal cues, conflict resolution, emotional intelligence, and presentation skills. While specific program names and formats vary, the goal is to enhance interpersonal relationships and professional success. 

Course Responsibilities:-

  • Communication Skills: Mastering both verbal and non-verbal communication, professional writing, and public speaking.
  • Interpersonal Effectiveness: Developing the ability to build positive relationships, manage conflicts, and provide and receive feedback constructively.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Enhancing self-awareness, self-regulation, and the ability to understand and manage emotions in oneself and others.
  • Leadership and Teamwork: Cultivating skills like assertiveness, collaboration, and leadership that are vital for guiding teams and projects.
