Course Responsibilities:-
Advanced and Basic Treatments
- Provide advanced treatments like microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser treatments.
- Perform a range of treatments including facials, body treatments, hair removal, manicures, and pedicures.
- Conduct skin and body analyses to identify client needs.
- Perform make-up and simple hairstyling services.
- Provide aesthetic aromatic massage and other spa therapies.
Client and Staff Management
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand needs and recommend treatments and products.
- Manage and maintain client appointments and records.
- Supervise and train junior therapists to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and handle client complaints.
Operations and Sales
- Monitor and manage inventory, including ordering products and equipment.
- Promote and sell beauty products and treatments to clients.
- Ensure the work area is clean, hygienic, and safe for clients and staff.
