- Diagnosis: Identifying vehicle problems using computerized diagnostic equipment and performing vehicle inspections to identify issues.
- Repair: Fixing mechanical and electrical problems, which includes repairing or replacing faulty components and parts.
- Maintenance: Performing regular care such as oil changes, fluid level checks, and tire rotations.
- System Overhaul: Taking apart, servicing, and testing major vehicle systems like the engine, charging system, starting system, and air conditioning system.
